1. You must have your own webpage that is
functional. No MSN groups, message board only, my space, coming soon
or under construction sites! *IMPORTANT* I am only at my computer on weekends.
So please allow me 1 week or more to approve your membership

2. Your webpage must be kid friendly. If my 9 year old nephew can't view your
site then no adoptions.
3. you must place the adoption certificate on the same page as your adoption.
4. you must link the adoption certificate back to my site.

6. You may not alter the graphics in any way or claim them to be your
own.
5. you must have the no right mouse click script, the IE Tool Bar Disable
Script and the No drag script on your site. You may get these source codes from
Dynamic Drive
8. Please be sure to give me your right email address. I do not have the time to
chase down your email address. If your request is bounced back then it will be
deleted.
10. Your website must be in English or translated in English.
To prove that you have
read and agree to my terms. Please put the words "I agree to your terms" in the
comment section
11. when applying for a friend, your friends site must also abide by my terms.
I will not send out an adoption to a friend if you do not give me your friends
URL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
12. You may NOT alter these adoptions in any way, shape or form or claim them
to be your own. They stay the way they are!
13. Once your site is approved you will AUTOMATICALLY be added to my mailing
list. The mailing list is for announcements and password changes only!
14. ABSOLUTELY NO DIRECT LINKING!! Each adoption must be saved to your own hard
drive!
15. You only have to request adoptions if they are for
a friend who is not a member of my shop or if they are meant to be personalized.
16. DO NOT SHARE THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD WITH ANYONE!
17. Most importantly, you must promise to love your adoption and keep it safe
from graphic theft. :0)
18. If you are found breaking my rules, I reserve the right to terminate your
membership.
